Question: I have some documents translated, but I want to know the price. Would you like to offer me the quotation of my documents and how about unit price?

Answer: Of course, we will offer all of clients the quotation at free although amount of documents, which include cost and deadline. If you documents will not be sent to us, we will go to estimate and offer you the quotation.

Question: It is our first cooperation. How will I confirm your quality if it can satisfy our requirement?

Answer: For the clients at first cooperation, we will offer you a test translation between 500 characters at free. On the basis of you documents, we will choose 3 to 5 translators to test so that you will select the satisfied translator and regards as the standard of quality.

Question: How will we delivery the documents?

Answer: Usually, you may send documents to us by e-mail or fax. Except them, we may have our colleague fetch documents. At the same time, we will use FTP to offer you most convenient means to send the documents to us. The documents should be WORD, POWERPOIN, EXCEL, PICS and so on. Because the fax documents will be decreased the legibility, we advise the clients to scan the documents and send –mail to us. We will contact you in time if we find some unclear part of documents or other problems. After translation, we will return the documents with e-mail, fax or others means you require. And then we may offer you a CD or print books.

Question: Our documents are very professional, so I want to know how you will ensure the professional quality?

Answer: Firstly, we will select the professional translator to charge for the documents. We will clear up the special professional words before translation and return to you for the advice about the fixed translation, company name and so on. During translation, we will accumulate and add new words to the glossary in order to ensure the profession and unity of the document. And then, the documents will be checked, revised and polished to ensure the quality.

Question: Our documents are more and urgent on the basis of quality. Will you charge for it? And how?

Answer: At usual, we will not prefer to this kind of project because each translator has effective work. To reduce work time would affect the quality. If the project must be arranged for, we will setup a team for it. The team leader will charge for the plan as a whole, select the professional translators, clean up the glossary and so on. After three times revising, the documents will be returned to the clients.

Question: Our documents would be confidential. How to ensure it?

Answer: Firstly, we will sign the confidential agreement before the cooperation, which define the responsibility and duty. And then, there will be somebody who charged for the project and execute the agreement. After translation, we will destroy the documents on the basis of your requirement during the deadline in order to prevent the giveaway.

Question: May we commit the document to you after the normal work time? Are there addition conditions?

Answer: Our tenet is offer you service all the time. Beyond the work time, there should be our colleague on duty to arrange for them. We will not require other fee except special documents.

Question: Our document has a lot of diagrams which not only to be translated but also to be edited as the original document. Can you deal with them? Are there addition conditions?

Answer: We have professional mappers and PDF, PAGEMAKER, FREEMAKER, FREEHAND, ILLUSTRATOR and other software which can deal with various of diagrams. If the amount of diagrams is less than the 30 percent of general characters, we will deal with them at free except the special ones. More than 30 percent, we will charge on the basis of amount and difficulty.

Question: If we will have a simultaneous interpretation meeting, may you have this kind of interpretators? And equipments?

Answer: We have professional simultaneous interpretators which will be selected for the purpose of meeting requirement and budget. And then, we offer you all of equipments, including transmitter, translator, receiver, translation room, attunement plat, various of microphones and so on so that to accomplish the meeting. 2

Question: Except translation, will you have other service?

Answer: Except translation, we will offer clients organization of meetings, web-site design, record and kinescope, dub of movies, Chinese speeding record, English listening record, multimedia edition, localization and so on.
